2. Products and Product Information

We do our best to display product descriptions, photos, prices, materials, sizes, colors, and availability accurately.

Because leather is a natural material, minor differences in texture, grain, shade, or finish may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects unless they affect the product’s normal use or quality.

Bedura will not intentionally publish misleading information about any product. Oman Consumer Protection Law requires suppliers and advertisers to provide accurate information and avoid false or misleading advertisements.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on the website are in Omani Rial (OMR) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change from time to time, but confirmed orders will be charged at the price shown at checkout.

We may accept payment through online card payment, payment gateway, cash on delivery, bank transfer, or any other method shown at checkout.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Bedura reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

  • The product is unavailable.
  • The payment is not completed.
  • The delivery information is incorrect or incomplete.
  • There is an obvious pricing or product information error.
  • The order appears suspicious or fraudulent.

If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled by Bedura, a refund will be arranged using the original payment method where possible.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available within Oman unless stated otherwise on the website.

Estimated delivery times will be shown or communicated during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information. If delivery fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

6. Invoice

Bedura will provide proof of purchase for orders. Under Oman Consumer Protection rules, consumers have the right to receive an invoice in Arabic as proof of purchase, containing essential details of the goods or services.

7. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Defective Products

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in our policy limits the customer’s rights under applicable laws and Oman Consumer Protection regulations. The Executive Regulations state that a condition such as “sold items are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable” is invalid, and a seller cannot set a return timeframe shorter than the legally defined period for applicable cases.

8. Product Use and Care

Customers should use and care for products according to normal usage and any care instructions provided.

Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, excessive force, sharp objects, exposure to water/chemicals, heat, or unauthorized repair may not be treated as a manufacturing defect.

9. Warranty

Where applicable, products may be covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.

A warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, leather aging, scratches caused by use, stains, water damage, or changes caused by improper storage or cleaning.

Oman Consumer Protection Law confirms the consumer’s right to warranty for goods, and defective goods may be subject to repair, replacement, return, or refund according to the law and regulations.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, and offers may be subject to specific terms, expiry dates, product exclusions, or stock availability.

Bedura may cancel or change promotions at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed unless there was misuse, fraud, or an obvious error.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, copy content without permission, or use the website for illegal or harmful purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product photos, logos, text, graphics, design, and branding, belongs to Bedura or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

13. Privacy

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bedura is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, delays caused by third-party couriers, or issues caused by incorrect customer information.

This does not limit any legal rights you have under Oman Consumer Protection Law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

Any disputes shall first be handled through customer support. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to the relevant authority or competent court in Oman.

Return & Refund Policy

At Bedura, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

This policy applies to purchases made through https://bedura.om/.

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return, exchange, repair, or refund within the applicable legal period where the product is defective, does not match the standard specifications, or is not fit for its intended purpose.

Under Oman Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to exchange or return goods and receive a refund within 15 days from the date of receipt where the goods are defective, non-conforming, or not fit for the intended purpose, provided the consumer presents proof of purchase and the defect was not caused by misuse.

2. Eligible Return Cases

A product may be eligible for return, exchange, repair, or refund if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product received is different from the product ordered.
  • The product does not match the description shown on the website.
  • The product is not fit for its intended normal use.
  • The product was damaged before delivery.


3. Conditions for Return

To process a return, the customer must provide:

Proof of purchase, such as invoice, order number, or payment confirmation.
Photos or videos showing the issue, if requested.
The product, packaging, tags, accessories, dust bag, or any included items, where available.

The product should not be damaged due to misuse, improper care, unauthorized repair, or accidental damage after delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns may not be accepted where:

  • The product was damaged by misuse or negligence.
  • The product was altered, repaired, washed, or modified by the customer.
  • The issue is due to normal wear and tear.
  • The leather has natural grain, texture, or shade variation that does not affect use.
  • The product is missing major accessories or parts due to the customer.
  • The request is made after the applicable return/warranty period, unless required by law.


5. Change of Mind Returns

For non-defective products, Bedura may allow exchange or return as a goodwill service, subject to product condition, availability, and approval.

Suggested website-friendly option:

Change-of-mind exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase. Delivery or return shipping charges may apply.

This should not reduce the customer’s legal rights for defective or non-conforming products under Oman law.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will usually be made using the original payment method.

Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

If the order was paid by cash on delivery, Bedura may arrange a bank transfer, store credit, cash refund, or another suitable method agreed with the customer.

7. Delivery Charges

If the return is due to a confirmed defect, wrong item, or issue caused by Bedura, the customer will not bear additional return costs.

For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, delivery or return shipping charges may apply unless Bedura decides otherwise.

8. Inspection Process

Returned products may be inspected before approval.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, Bedura may offer one of the following, depending on the case and customer rights:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Refund

The Executive Regulations provide that for defective or non-compliant goods, the consumer may request replacement, return/refund, or repair, subject to conditions including proof of purchase and the defect not being caused by misuse.

9. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Photos/videos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Please do not use the item if you intend to return it.
